Please arrive at the ferry terminal 60 minutes prior to the scheduled time of departure. Trucks and trailers must be set up and ready to travel prior to arrival at the terminal.
Confirmed bookings that arrive after 60 minutes may not be able to be accommodated due to operational requirements such as load planning, stowage and timetable adherence, and unconfirmed bookings arriving within 60 minutes prior to sailing time will not be able to sail and you will be charged.
